Crohn’s Disease is thought to affect up to 115,000 people in the UK alone. Having lived with this invisible illness for over 8 years, I thought it was about time I shared my story. I hope to provide insight and support to anyone who suffers from this debilitating condition and to help others understand what we go through on a daily basis. I will share with you not only my journey, but also the tips and tricks that I’ve picked up and what I’ve learned along the way about staying positive and coping with a chronic condition from one day to the next.
